  • Negotiation - Negotiation and finalisation of Material Orders
  • Knowledge of local purchase - Must have experience of local purchase. Have a good

database of vendors, Raising Enquiry, Purchase order, etc. Looking local purchasing&Transportation.

  • Handling Purchase documents- Handling Purchase bill process and forwarding to

account. Handling complete M.I.S. (Management Information Systems) Development ofapproved vendors in a systematic plan. Handling all correspondences independently.Preparing letters for payment and all types of declaration forms.

  • Operation Computer- besides handling E-mail and Internet. Preparing weekly and monthly

local purchase reports.

  • Communication skills- Good at communicating over the phone. Follow up outstanding

Order & payment

  • Handling, Preparing and Keeping records - Good in keeping records of both soft and

hard copy to avoid any loss. Handling and preparing weekly and monthly cash purchasereports. Prepare Comparative statement.

  • Follow-up - Regular follow-up and monitoring of letter of credits (L.C) and preparation of

statement and coordinating with accounts department for the same.

  • Preparation - Preparation of tentative, planned, and actual Project Time Schedules.

Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Preparation of bar charts andgraphs showing the actual quantities of jobs done at the site.

  • Projects- Tracking the progress of projects and comparing actual progress with the

planned ones. Progress Review Meetings with contractors to review and resolve time, cost,and quality issues.

  • Proper Monitoring- Monitoring Manpower & Equipment Deployment for projects to ensure

that adequate resources are inducted for efficient and timely execution of the project.Role & responsibilities
