Job Summary:
We are looking for a polite, well-organised, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage our front desk operations. The ideal candidate should have basic administrative skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to handle visitors and phone calls efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain visitor logs and employee attendance registers
- Handle daily incoming and outgoing couriers
- Manage front desk cleanliness.
- Provide basic administrative support to HR and management
- Maintain records, files, and documents as required
- Address customer and visitor queries promptly
- Ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Education:
- Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8, ₹15,939.40 per month
