About Us

Arabic Scent House (A.S.H) is redefining access to authentic Middle Eastern perfumery in India. We work exclusively with trusted importers and globally renowned Arabic fragrance brands to bring heritage, authenticity, and luxury to our customers. As we scale, we are looking for an E-commerce Executive to join our growing team and drive our online retail presence with precision and passion.

Role Overview

As an E-commerce Executive at A.S.H, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our online marketplace. This role blends analytical thinking, operational excellence, and a keen sense of customer experience to ensure seamless product discovery, purchase, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Marketplace Management: Upload, update, and maintain product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, inventory).

  2. Order & Inventory Handling: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with vendors/importers, and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.

  3. Analytics & Reporting: Track sales performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior to suggest improvements.

  4. Customer Support: Verifying the orders, Creating a customer base and providing resolutions.

  5. Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure product authenticity information, seller records, and policies meet brand and legal standards.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  2. Experience in e-commerce operations is prefereable (marketplace or D2C preferred).

  3. Strong knowledge of online marketplaces (Shopify, Amazon, Nykaa, etc.) and backend tools.

  4. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards.

  5. Attention to detail with excellent communication and organizational skills.

  6. Passion and Knowledge for luxury, lifestyle, or fragrance industries is a strong plus.
