CRM Sales Operations Analyst

- We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to streamline our sales processes, enhance efficiency, and support our sales team. This role involves optimizing CRM management, analyzing sales data, driving automation, and collaborating across departments to maximize performance and revenue growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Streamline Sales Processes: Design, implement, and optimize workflows to improve efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and support sales productivity.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales trends, performance metrics, and revenue forecasts, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- CRM Management: Maintain CRM systems (SAP C4C) to ensure data accuracy and usability while training the sales team on effective usage.
- Sales Forecasting & Planning: Assist in revenue projections, territory planning, quota setting, and strategic resource allocation.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and other teams to ensure alignment in goals and communication.
- Sales Enablement: Provide tools, training, and resources to enhance sales team productivity, including managing sales collateral.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
- Technology & Automation: Implement and optimize sales technologies to reduce manual efforts and improve workflows.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- [2-6] years of experience in Sales Operations, CRM management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., SAP C4C, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Proficiency in Reporting Systems (e.g., MS Excel, MS power BI, Tableau)
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Fluency in English as it involves global coordination. Role & responsibilities
