We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Student Support & R&D Executive to join our team. This role goes beyond telecalling: it involves research, student engagement, and end-to-end guidance to ensure students receive the right information and support for their study abroad journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and connect with prospective students and parents.
  • Conduct research on study abroad opportunities, programs, and processes (with a focus on the Czech Republic and Europe).
  • Share detailed and updated information about our services and available study options.
  • Respond to inquiries, clarify doubts, and ensure students have a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Guide and manage students throughout their application process, building trustful and long-term relationships.
  • Maintain and update a database of calls, follow-ups, and research findings.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance student experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Ability to conduct research and present findings effectively.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and student-focused approach.
  • This is a full-time, work-from-office role.
