**Job description**

We are looking for experienced Tele Callers to join our team. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and potential customers, as well as answering incoming calls. The Tele Caller will also be responsible for building relationships with Consultants, and customers, and answering any questions they may have.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to customers and identify the prospectives
- Make outbound calls to Architects, Bulders, Contractors, Hotel/Resort Owners and House owners
- Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
- Provide customer service and build relationships with customers
- Answer customer questions and provide information about products and services
- Follow-up with customers to business closing, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues
- Prepare customer information into a customer database through CRM
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Fluency in English and Malayalam
- Degree / Deploma or PG required
- Previous customer service and telemarketing experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Proficiency with computers and customer databases
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
