Role Overview: As a Customer Reorder & Retention - CST in Mumbai, your role will involve reaching out to existing clients to understand their requirements and ensure a continuous flow of products and services. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, coordinating with sales teams to create mutually beneficial proposals, negotiating contracts, and gathering useful information for new product requirements and expansion. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily needs of current clients to ensure their satisfaction throughout the process.
