With multiple warehouses and a strong dealer network, we are expanding our Spare Parts Division to strengthen service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to handle our Spare Parts Division at Valsad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automotive, tractor, or agricultural spare parts management, with a strong understanding of inventory control, manpower handling, and logistics coordination. Key Responsibilities Manage complete warehouse operations of the Spare Parts Division. Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff as per departmental requirements. Monitor inventory levels and generate weekly reorder reports. Maintain accurate stock tracking and ERP data entry. Implement SOPs for smooth and efficient warehouse operations. Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch and delivery. Conduct stock audits, verify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy. Optimize space utilization, manpower allocation, and workflow efficiency. Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams for smooth operations. Maintain safety, hygiene, and compliance standards in the warehouse. Requirements Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. 36 years of experience in spare parts warehouse management (automotive, tractor, or agri machinery preferred). Strong knowledge of ERP systems, stock management, and reorder planning. Proven experience in team management and SOP implementation. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
