Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and passionate Social Media Marketing manager to lead and execute 's social media strategy. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all social media initiatives, building brand awareness, growing a loyal community, and driving user engagement across various platforms. As the Manager for Social Media Marketing, you will work closely with the content, design, and digital marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and maximize the effectiveness of 's social media presence. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with 's business goals and brand voice. Content Creation & Curation: Drive content development for social media, ensuring it is engaging, on -brand, and optimized for each platform (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with our online community, engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and managing online conversations. Brand Building: Increase brand awareness, engagement, and advocacy through social media channels. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics and performance to refine strategies and report on KPIs. Collaborations & Partnerships: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with influencers, brands, and other third -party collaborators to enhance our social media reach and engagement. Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the industry. Cross -functional Collaboration: Work with the content, design, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless integration of social media efforts with broader marketing and business initiatives. Budget Management: Manage the social media marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to meet goals. Crisis Management: Address any potential issues, negative feedback, or crises on social media in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred). 9+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record in leading social media campaigns and building brands. Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and how to leverage them for business growth. Expertise in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Socialbakers, etc.). Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong creative and strategic thinking skills. In -depth knowledge of social media advertising and paid campaign strategies. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. A passion for staying on top of digital trends, social media innovations, and new technologies.
