Position: Social Media Marketing Expert

Location: Kerala, India

**Job Description**:
Captone Group, Kerala's premier sports and fitness chain, is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Social Media Marketing Expert to join our team. As a Social Media Marketing Expert, you will play a pivotal role in managing our social media presence, engaging with our audience, and driving our digital marketing initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage and maintain Capstone Group's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business, and other relevant platforms.

2. Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase followership.

3. Schedule and publish engaging content across all social media channels, ensuring consistency and relevance to our target audience.

4. Monitor social media platforms for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly to inquiries and comments.

5. Update and maintain the company website with fresh and relevant content, including promotional activities, events, and announcements.

6. Create visually appealing graphics and promotional materials using Photoshop and CorelDRAW.

7. Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate the creation and distribution of digital content, including images, videos, and written materials.

8. Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for better engagement and reach.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in the sports, fitness, or lifestyle industry.

2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3. Proficiency in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google My Business.

4. Strong understanding of social media analytics and tools for tracking performance.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

6. Experience in website management and content updating using CMS platforms.

7. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Photoshop and CorelDRAW.

8. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

9. Creative mindset with a passion for fitness and wellness is a plus.
