We’re looking for a Social Media Expert who’s not just creative, but **fast and reliable when it comes to managing customer inquiries**. Our pages get a high volume of messages, comments, and product questions — and we need someone who can stay on top of it all with a calm, professional tone.

If you’re someone who can juggle content planning and community engagement, while keeping a close eye on our ad performance and analytics, you’ll thrive in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle a high volume of messages, DMs, and comments daily
- Respond promptly to customer/product queries across platforms
- Manage content and posting for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Track basic social and Google Ads, Meta Ads performance data
- Collaborate with internal teams for escalated queries or support

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience managing brand/business social media pages
- Strong written communication and multitasking skills
- Familiar with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, or Buffer
- Basic understanding of Google Ads
- Ability to stay organized and handle fast-paced online engagement

**Nice to Have**:

- Customer support or community management experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
