Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive specializing in Construction Interiors to join our team. This is a Full-Time, Mid-Level role based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience in the field. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing effective solutions in the domain of construction interiors.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 4 to 6 years of professional experience in business development or sales, particularly within the construction interiors sector.
  • Excellent ability in lead generation, particularly focusing on interiors sales and construction sales (Mandatory skills).
  • Proven experience in business development, demonstrating excellent growth and expansion strategies.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value sales deals effectively.
  • Exceptional relationship building skills to foster strong connections with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand complex market demands and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Demonstrated capability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under challenging deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively present ideas to clients and upper management.
