**Shift:** Night Shifts (2-way cab facility up to 23kms )

**Position:** International Voice Customer Support

**Salary:** 3.0 LPA (16k18k Take Home Shift Allowance

**Eligibility:** Freshers Only | Immediate Joiners Preferred

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Communicate fluently in **English with excellent spoken & written skills**

* Maintain **professional & empathetic interactions** across time zones

* Provide **accurate product, service & policy information**

* Use CRM tools effectively & adapt to new systems

* Have basic knowledge on *Revenue Cycle Management* ( *US HealthCare*)

*Requirements* :
