Experience Required:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on 
    Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
     and 
    Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
    .
  • Conduct 
    keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
     to drive maximum ROI.
  • Create 
    ad copies, creatives, and landing page suggestions
     for improved campaign performance.
  • Monitor 
    daily campaign performance
     and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage 
    campaign budgets
     and ensure efficient allocation of ad spend.
  • Run 
    A/B tests
     on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs such as 
    CTR, CPC, ROAS, Conversions, and Leads
    .
  • Stay updated with the latest 
    ad policies, trends, and best practices
     in digital advertising.
  • Collaborate with the 
    design, content, and sales teams
     to align campaigns with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (1–3+ years) in 
    Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management
    .
  • Strong understanding of 
    PPC, remarketing, and conversion tracking
    .
  • Hands-on experience with 
    Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Pixel setup
    .
  • Knowledge of 
    SEO basics
     will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Creative mindset for ad copywriting and ad creative suggestions.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads & Meta Ads Certification.
  • Experience running campaigns for 
    IT, SaaS, or B2B companies
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    LinkedIn Ads
     is a plus.
