We're Hiring: Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist ( Salary Rs20,000 to Rs30,000)

We're growing our digital marketing team and looking for a results-driven
Google Ads & Meta Ads Expert
with hands-on experience in running and scaling high-performing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution:
    Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Audience Targeting:
    Identify, segment, and retarget the right audiences to maximize ROI.
  • Optimization:
    Monitor campaigns daily, optimize bids, ad creatives, and targeting for better performance.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    Track KPIs, analyze performance, and share clear weekly/monthly reports.
  • Budget Management:
    Manage ad spend effectively to ensure cost-efficiency and maximize lead generation.
  • A/B Testing:
    Test creatives, copies, and landing pages to continuously improve conversions.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with design and content teams to create impactful ad creatives.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure campaigns follow platform policies and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    2+ years of proven experience
    managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign setup, tracking, and optimization.
  • Familiarity with
    Google Analytics, Pixel Setup, and Conversion Tracking
    .
  • Experience in
    lead generation campaigns
    for service-based businesses.
  • Ability to handle
    monthly ad budgets of ₹1,00,000+
    across platforms.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Google Ads / Meta Ads Certification (preferred, not mandatory).
