About the Role:
LinkedIn Sales Solutions (LSS) empowers sales organizations around the world with the insights and intelligence they need to build trusted relationships and drive revenue. As the leader of the product team, you will set the vision and roadmap for the $XB LinkedIn Sales Navigator product, driving transformation in enterprise sales in this pivot moment. In your role, you will have shared accountability with GTM leaders for the overall business health, including field and online sales, the evolution of our pricing model, and adoption / value delivery.

This role requires a visionary leader who can scale complex businesses, unlock new monetization strategies, and inspire cross-functional teams across product, engineering, sales, and marketing. You'll shape the future of LinkedIn's sales ecosystem, ensuring our solutions help millions of professionals be more productive and successful.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for LinkedIn's Sales Solutions products, aligning with the company's overall vision and objectives.

  • Product Development: Lead the product management team in the creation and enhancement of our offerings, leveraging AI technologies to improve user experience and engagement, as well as supporting organizations to be successful.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and customer facing to ensure seamless integration and execution of initiatives.

  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our strategies and make data-driven decisions.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry trends.

  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence across functions

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 14+ years of experience in product management or a related role, with experience building user-facing products and leveraging AI.

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience managing managers with a focus on collaboration and results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in enterprise/SaaS products.

  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Track record of creating urgency and clarity to drive massive growth at a scaled organization (aka overcome organization obstacles, "this is how it's always been done" mindsets, and other things that can slow teams down / create complacency)

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire large cross-functional teams (managing managers), with a focus on collaboration and results.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
