Key Responsibilities

  1. Smart System Installation: Install and configure Ziga's smart home automation systems.

  2. Customer Support: Provide excellent technical support and training to clients on smart home system operation.

  3. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with smart devices, networking, and control systems.

  4. Site Visits: Conduct on-site visits for installations, repairs, and system upgrades.

  5. Safety Compliance: Ensure all work meets electrical safety standards and local regulations.

  6. Collaboration: Work with sales and design teams to deliver tailored smart home solutions.
