Reports To: Regional Sales Manager / Sales Head

Role Overview:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market presence, and building strong customer relationships in the West Delhi region for stationery and digital print media products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with retailers, distributors, and corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct regular market visits for lead generation and competitor analysis.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit discipline.
  • Prepare and share sales reports with management.
  • Promote and represent Desmat's range of stationery & digital print media products.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales (Stationery / Office Supplies / Digital Print Media preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Familiarity with the West Delhi market will be an advantage.
