About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to join our interiors team. The candidate will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for engaging leads, understanding their requirements, sharing proposals, and coordinating with the design/sales team to ensure smooth conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Engage and qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, budget, and timelines.
- Explain company services, design process, and value propositions to clients.
- Maintain and update lead status in CRM and ensure strong pipeline management.
- Provide market and customer feedback to improve pre-sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
- 0–1 years of experience in pre-sales, customer engagement, or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and present solutions effectively.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
