Job Summary:

Responsible for managing client inquiries, preparing proposals, coordinating with design and estimation teams, and supporting the sales cycle from lead generation to project handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client inquiries and understand project requirements.
  • Prepare BOQs, quotations, and technical presentations.
  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams for proposals.
  • Follow up with clients to close leads and convert inquiries to projects.
  • Maintain CRM data, sales reports, and documentation.
  • Support marketing and business development teams for client pitches.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Marketing.
  • 2–4 years of experience in interior / fit-out pre-sales or business development.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹36,805.71 per month
