Role & responsibilities
The Sales and Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company policies. The role involves managing gold loan disbursements ,driving business growth and ensuring process.
Branch Operations:
- Manage and supervise all branch activities for gold loan processing, customer service,
- Ensure error-free audit and compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- SPOC for all audit and resolutions for RCU Gold inspectors incidents
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive gold loan growth and meet monthly targets.
- Conduct local marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers.
- Cross-sell financial products like insurance, savings, and investment plans.
Team Management:
- Lead and motivate the team towards the goal
- Provide training and support to ensure high performance and adherence to procedures
- Work along with all internal departments in the branch for business growth.
Customer Service:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries effectively.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure strict adherence to KYC norms and loan documentation.
- Submit timely reports on branch performance, loan disbursements, and collections.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong knowledge of gold valuation and loan processing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in local language and basic computer applications.
