Routing Leads:

Promoting Products/Services:

  1. Your role includes connecting with potential customers and promoting your company's products or services.

  2. You'll explain the benefits and value proposition to potential clients.

Data Collection:

  1. Gathering customer details (names, addresses, phone numbers) is crucial for follow-up and maintaining relationships.

Team Collaboration:

  1. If necessary, you'll direct leads to the field sales team for face-to-face interactions.

Service Quality:

  1. Adhering to company norms ensures consistent service quality.

  2. Satisfied customers are more likely to become repeat clients.

Database Maintenance:

  1. Keeping an organized database of calls and interactions helps track progress and follow-ups.
