Job Title: Tele Caller (Inbound & Outbound Calls)

Location: Mumbai

Department: Customer Support / Sales / Telecalling

Reporting To: Lead – Telecalling / Inside Sales

CTC: ₹2.3 LPA – ₹3.5 LPA

In-hand Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Work Mode: 6 days, Work-from-Office

Mode of Interview: Telephonic → Virtual → Final Face-to-Face

Note: Maximum hike on fixed CTC is up to 20%. Additional performance-linked incentives available.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Tele Caller to manage inbound and outbound calls. The role involves assisting customers, resolving queries, promoting products/services, and generating leads or sales. Strong communication, patience, and relationship-building skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries, complaints, or service requests.
  • Make outbound calls to existing or potential customers to share product or service information and promotional offers.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow communication scripts when required to handle different scenarios professionally.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify issues, research solutions, and provide accurate responses or alternatives.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and sales conversions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through courteous and professional communication.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to seniors or supervisors when necessary.
  • Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

RequirementsEducation

  • Minimum Graduate

Experience

  • 0–2 years in telecalling, customer service, BPO, or a related field
  • Freshers may apply

Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication (English/Hindi/regional languages as required)
  • Strong listening and objection-handling skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and data entry ability
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Preferred Attributes

  • Positive attitude and patience while interacting with diverse customers
  • Prior experience in BPO, call centers, or telesales is an advantage
  • Ability to learn about products/services and explain them effectively to customers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180, ₹300,000.00 per year
