The Opportunity
We are looking for a disciplined, formally trained Marketing Manager to serve as the strategic bridge between Evolvworks AI, partners and enterprise clients.
You act as an Operator —converting high-level business goals into actionable marketing strategies, managing content & performance agency partners, and ensuring operational accountability.
Core Responsibilities
1. Strategic Brand Management (The "Translator")
- Business to Marketing Translation: Take raw business objectives from GMs and Founders and convert them into sharp, actionable marketing briefs.
- Brand Guardianship: Manage brand strategy for accounts in the ₹25cr – ₹100cr revenue range. Ensure all creative and paid media output aligns with the brand's long-term identity.
- Agency Management: Act as the primary lead for external creative agencies and internal teams. You are responsible for the quality control of the creative output before it reaches the client.
2. Client Operations & Accountability (The "Ops")
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the central Point of Contact (POC). You must navigate complex relationships between Aikiaa (Tech/Automation), Evolvworks (Strategy), and the End Client.
- Project Delivery: Ensure that "what was promised" is "what is delivered." You are the accountability partner ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Cross-Cultural Communication: Manage expectations with international stakeholders. You must be comfortable navigating cultural nuances in communication (e.g., US, LATAM/Uruguay, EU markets).
3. Performance & Acquisition (The "Results")
- Paid Media Oversight: Guide the strategy for customer acquisition (CX) using paid media. You won't just run ads; you will effectively manage the budget and strategy behind them.
- Revenue Alignment: While you are not selling, you are responsible for the Revenue Goals. You must understand how marketing activities impact the P&L.
The Ideal Candidate
Must-Haves:
- 3-5 Years of Marketing Experience: You have a background in Brand Management, media management or Account Planning.
- MNC / Multicultural Exposure preferred: You have worked in a multinational environment or have direct experience managing clients in the Americas (USA/Uruguay/LATAM). You understand global corporate etiquette.
- Scale Experience: You have managed marketing or brand mandates for businesses generating ₹25cr+.
- Marketing Fundamentals: You understand (positioning, reach, awareness, acquisition, experience, customer journeys). You approach problems through frameworks (4Ps, STP), not just "hustle."
Who Should NOT Apply:
- Sales professionals or Business Development Managers.
- Freelancers who have not worked in structured, corporate environments.
- Individuals uncomfortable with high-accountability stakeholder management.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Client Ops (Accountability): 100% On-time delivery of marketing assets. campaign launches & marketing outcomes. Seamless communication flow between partners and Evolvworks (Zero "Lost in Translation" errors). 75+ NPS from customers.
- Revenue Goals (Results): Achievement of client ROAS and acquisition targets through managed paid media and creative strategies.
Note: This is a Marketing & Operations role, not a Sales role.
We are looking for brand builders and strategists, not hunters. You will physically sit with the partner team to ensure seamless communication, but your primary mandate is to execute Evolvworks' vision.
