JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: HR Recruiter

Location: Lucknow

Salary: 12,000 – 15,000 per month

Experience: 0-6 months

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates, screening profiles, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other hiring platforms

· Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews

· Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

· Maintain candidate records and update the recruitment database

· Assist in onboarding and documentation of selected candidates

· Create and post job descriptions on various platforms

· Build and maintain good relationships with candidates

Requirements

· A candidate must have graduate in MBA.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Basic knowledge of recruitment processes

· Ability to multitask and meet hiring deadlines

· Fresher with good communication skills are welcome

· Experience in HR recruitment will be an added advantage
