About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized
Executive Assistant
to join our Founders' Office. This role goes beyond traditional EA responsibilities—you will not only manage scheduling, coordination, and communication for the Founder but also work closely on high-impact projects, including
pitch decks, GTM strategy, research, and business initiatives
.
We are especially keen on candidates who have prior experience in
startups or venture capital firms
, as this exposure will help you thrive in our fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to the strategic growth of the company while gaining firsthand exposure to decision-making at the leadership level.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage and maintain the Founder's calendar, emails, travel, and meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, meeting notes, and action item tracking.
Founders' Office Support
- Assist in the preparation of
pitch decks, investor updates, and presentations
. - Conduct research and provide insights on industry trends, competition, and new opportunities.
- Support in
GTM strategy, partnerships, and business development initiatives
. - Work cross-functionally with teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations) to track progress on key initiatives.
- Help prioritize the Founder's time on strategic tasks by filtering and organizing information effectively.
Project Management
- Coordinate and track high-priority projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field (MBA a plus).
- 2–5 years of experience as an EA, Business Analyst, or in a Strategy/Operations role.
- Preferred: Prior experience working in a startup or venture capital environment.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).
- Ability to create
clear, structured, and visually appealing decks
. - Highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Interest in startups, strategy, and business growth.
