Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – MyHaulStoreRole OverviewThe CEO will be the overall leader of MyHaulstore, responsible for setting the vision, driving growth, and ensuring the company meets its ambitious revenue, profit, and expansion targets. This role demands a dynamic leader who can balancestrategic decision-makingwithhands-on execution, ensuring every department operates with discipline, efficiency, and accountability.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic LeadershipDefine and execute MyHaulstore's long-term vision, mission, and growth roadmap .Build and expand new verticals (Influencer Marketing, Performance Marketing, UGC Shoots, SEO, Website Development, Podcasts, etc.).Drive innovation and differentiation in the influencer and digital marketing industry.2. P&L OwnershipFull profit & loss responsibility – oversee budgets, revenue streams, cost control, and overall financial health.Achieve aggressive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue & profit targets .Implement performance dashboards and ensure real-time financial monitoring.3. Sales & Business GrowthSet clear sales targets for all verticals (corporate onboarding, campaigns, video production, SaaS tools, etc.).Build high-value client relationships and personally lead strategic deals with top brands.Ensure 20–30% MoM growth in client acquisition and retention.4. Operations & DeliveryGuarantee on-time, high-quality delivery of influencer campaigns, performance ads, and content shoots.Drive SOP implementation across all teams – sales, client servicing, operations, finance, and HR.Ensure smooth integration of technology platforms (ProposalOS, CRM, automation tools).5. Team Leadership & CultureBuild, inspire, and manage a high-performance team with clear KPIs.Establish a performance-driven, target-oriented culture where accountability is non-negotiable.Mentor department heads (Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, HR) to achieve 10X productivity.6. Branding & ExpansionPosition MyHaulstore as the #1 Influencer & Digital Media Partner for top Indian and global brands.Lead expansion to new geographies and verticals , exploring both B2B and B2C opportunities.Oversee PR, media presence, and thought leadership initiatives.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.Profit Margins: Ensure sustainable net profit growth.Client Acquisition & Retention: X new brands onboarded + Y% repeat business.Operational Efficiency: Campaigns delivered 100% on time with
