Role Overview:

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting the finance team in smooth accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP system.
  • Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, invoices, and bank reconciliation statements.
  • Assist in preparation of MIS reports and financial statements.
  • Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, vendor reconciliation, and credit control.
  • Support monthly and annual closing processes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial data.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting (preferably in retail/jewellery sector).
  • Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
