Role Purpose:

To oversee and manage the end-to-end operations of application form inventory, inward, scanning, uploading, and out warding activities. Ensure timely execution, quality, and compliance requirements while managing resources and equipment effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily receipt of physical applications across locations.
  • Ensure barcode tagging, acknowledgement generation, and inventory updates are completed in real time.
  • Oversee scanning operations and timely uploads to the server.
  • Monitor outward process, including packet creation, pickup ID management, and barcode reconciliation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate batch creation and image upload to the server.
  • Ensure backup resources are trained and ready for immediate replacement.
  • Supervise Team Leaders and Executives, providing guidance and support for smooth operations.
  • Conduct periodic training and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate with IT for maintenance, troubleshooting, and downtime management.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in scanning, uploading, and acknowledgement processes.
  • Monitor adherence to SLA timelines and escalate deviations promptly.
  • Implement process improvements and quality checks for error-free operations.
  • Reporting & MIS
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS reports with stakeholders.
  • Track volumes, turnaround times, and exception cases.
  • Maintain escalation matrices for issue resolution.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with 5–6 years of experience in operations management.
  • Prior experience in document management, scanning operations, or BFSI backend processes preferred.
  • Strong team management, planning, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, FTP handling, and basic IT troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month
