Events – IP Curator

Job Role:
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic IP Curator who can conceptualize, design, and execute unique event IPs for FashionTV India. The ideal candidate has strong experience in building long-term, scalable event properties that enhance brand identity and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and curate unique event IPs for FashionTV across nightlife, fashion, F&B, entertainment, and lifestyle categories.
  • Develop out-of-the-box ideas that are fresh, innovative, and aligned with Gen Z culture.
  • Build signature properties similar to industry benchmarks (e.g., Culinary Chutney, War of DJs, Fashion Fridays, Models Night, etc.).
  • Work closely with the leadership team to understand brand positioning and create IPs that enhance FashionTV's presence.
  • Create detailed IP decks, flow plans, concepts, and revenue models.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and production teams to shape each IP end-to-end.
  • Identify and collaborate with brands, venues, artists, influencers, and partners to scale these IPs nationwide.
  • Evaluate event trends and competitors to keep IP concepts relevant and forward-thinking.
  • Ensure each IP has strong recall value, repeatability, and potential for monetization.
  • Maintain high creativity standards while ensuring operational feasibility.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience specifically in IP creation, event curation, or concept development.
  • Background working with top experiential/event agencies such as Wizcraft, Percept, Encompass, Viacom Live, or similar.
  • Strong creative instinct with a deep understanding of nightlife, youth culture, and experiential marketing.
  • Proven ability to think disruptively and create trends rather than follow them.
  • Excellent deck-making, pitching, and presentation skills.
  • Strong network in the events, entertainment, and hospitality industry.
  • Ability to execute concepts end-to-end with attention to detail and brand alignment.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
