Role and Responsibilities:

  • New Opportunities & incremental book building

I. Identify, prospect and initiate new products across channels.

II. Competition benchmarking of products & best practices in the industry.

  • Account Management & Governance

I. Achievement of set business plan for the year across various line of business through strategic Initiatives with the partner.

II. To ensure the key strategic drivers for the channel are implemented to achieve the top-line and bottom line impact as part of the P&L construct agreed.

  • Partner Engagement

I. Plan and implement the engagement activities in agreement with the partner.

II. Meet all the requirements from the partner from time to time and ensure smooth functioning of the partnership

Education & experience requirements

  • MBA/PGDM preferred
  • Experience in Insurance Industry of 0-3 years
