Job Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Executive is responsible for managing incoming payments, tracking customer invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely collection of dues to maintain healthy cash flow. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and effective communication with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and issue (B2B) dealers, (B2C) customer e-Invoices and credit notes accurately and on time.
  • Record all receipts and reconcile them with dealers, customers leger accounts.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Track and record receipts (cash, bank, online transfers, finance company payments)
  • Verify dealer claims, credit notes and discounts as per company policies.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all receipts, invoices, and adjustments (Credit Note).
  • Process and allocate customer refund payments (bank transfers, online payments).
  • Coordinate with the sales, logistics and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
  • Prepare daily and monthly Accounts Receivable (AR) reports and aging analysis.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to receivables.
  • Maintain compliance with company accounting policies and internal controls.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and account status.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all AR transactions and support audits
  • Identify and report doubtful or long-pending accounts for management review.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B. Com / M. Com / MBA in Finance

preferred).

  • 4-6 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
  • Knowledge in automobile industry ++
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST.
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel, Word, power point etc.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP).
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
