Overview
We are hiring for one of our client which is a Marketing-Technology company founded by IIT-Delhi & UC-SD alumni, focused on solving complex problems for businesses operating online. We leverage Paid Media to help clients all over the globe acquire new customers, retain existing ones and maximize customer lifetime value. We have been involved with several pre-sales startups that approached us with the intent to establish their proof of concept and we have enabled those businesses to grow from there to seven-figure turnovers. Our performances have impacted businesses so largely that we were able to set them up to raise capital from large investors. We currently operate in four continents and are growing steadily owing to the current need for businesses to go online and efficient performance marketing solutions to keep this channel sustainable. The businesses we largely work with are small-scale enterprises and startups and we are directly responsible for shaping how their business grows. - Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns (especially Facebook/Meta Ads): The candidate should have 3-6 years of experience managing, optimizing, and scaling high-budget paid media campaigns, primarily on platforms like Facebook/Meta, along with exposure to other channels like Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Strong analytical skills: The role demands the ability to interpret campaign data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven optimization decisions to improve campaign performance

Nice to Haves:
- Experience with marketing automation, AI tools, and basic coding/scripting: The strategist should be familiar with marketing automation platforms and AI-driven tools to enhance campaign efficiency, as well as have a basic understanding of coding or scripting for campaign optimization
- Engineering background
Must haves:
- 4 – 7 years in performance marketing (preferably agency-side).
- 4 -5 rounds, including at least one mandatory office round and one assignment.
- Agency & Platform Depth: Minimum 4 years of direct experience in performance marketing, agency-side expertise managing Meta + Google campaigns.
- Proven track record managing, optimizing, and scaling high-budget campaigns across complex client accounts (50L – 2Cr+ in monthly ad spend)
- P&L Ownership: Direct accountability for hitting CAC, ROAS, and Payback targets.
- Comfortable owning end-to-end campaign execution across multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Full-Funnel Strategist: Experience with scaling roadmaps, budget allocation, and creative/LP audits.
- Exceptional communication and client management skills, comfortable leading performance reviews with Founders/CMOs and aligning media strategy directly to business goals.
