Your Responsibilities:

• Convert provided campaign objectives into platform-specific content and execution plans
• Draft post copy, suggest visual directions, and plan platform-wise content calendars
• Prepare all posts, captions, and media assets needed for social media campaigns
• Generate engaging AI-based Reels and videos using tools like Runway, Pika, Freepik, Kaiber, or similar
• Create sub-strategies where needed to improve campaign reach and engagement
• Ensure all content aligns with campaign goals, brand tone, and visual standards
• Schedule posts, manage the content calendar, and track approvals
• Use insights from Instagram, LinkedIn, and Meta Suite to monitor and evaluate post performance
• Share reports highlighting key results such as reach, engagement, CTR, and conversions

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing social media content and ad campaigns.
• Proven ability to independently handle full campaign lifecycle—from planning to performance review.
• Proficiency in one or more platform ad interfaces (Instagram Ads via Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.)
• Sound understanding of social media marketing terminology and campaign setup workflows.
• Ability to interpret platform analytics and generate actionable recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and initiative.
