We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Delivery Head to lead and oversee the P&L of our Design & Build business across India. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring successful project execution, client satisfaction, and profitable growth. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in project execution within the workspace Design & Build industry, combined with strong leadership and commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities-

P&L Ownership

  • Lead the P&L for the Design & Build business across all regions in India.
  • Drive top-line growth and bottom-line profitability by delivering projects on time, within budget, and at the highest quality.
  • Develop strategies to optimize operational efficiency, resource utilization, and cost management.

Project Delivery

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of all Design & Build workspace projects, ensuring adherence to design, quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve escalations, and ensure best practices in project management.
  • Establish SOPs, standardized processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Business Development Support

  • Partner with the BD team in client acquisition and project proposals.
  • Represent delivery capability in key client meetings to align expectations and win strategic opportunities.

Team Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of regional delivery heads, project managers, engineers, and support staff.
  • Champion a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaborative excellence across the organization.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a senior point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Align seamlessly with internal teams including design, procurement, and commercial for successful execution.

Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure all projects adhere to health, safety, statutory, and regulatory standards.
  • Identify risks early and implement robust mitigation strategies.

Qualifications & Experience-

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • 20–26 years of experience in 
    Interior Fit-Out / Core Design & Build (Workspace Sector only)
    .
  • At least 10+ years of experience in 
    workspace Design & Build projects
     (NOT residential, developer-led projects, malls, bridges, or non-workplace construction).
  • Proven track record of 
    managing large-scale P&L responsibilities of ₹1000 Cr.+
    .
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end Design & Build lifecycles, from concept to handover.
  • Exceptional leadership, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively across regions.
