Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of kitchen equipment, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for timely repairs and servicing.
  • Monitor the functioning of utilities, refrigeration systems, exhaust systems, and other technical installations.
  • Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and spare parts inventory.
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure all systems are in safe and working condition.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations.

Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of maintenance experience, preferably in hospitality, FMCG, or commercial kitchen setups.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and basic civil repairs.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle emergencies.
  • Good communication and team management skills.
