Key Responsibilities:

1. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with parents.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for parent queries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with parents to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
  • Handle sensitive parent issues with empathy, discretion, and professionalism.

2. Communication & Coordination

  • Ensure timely and effective communication between parents and school departments.
  • Coordinate with teachers, administrative staff, and management to resolve parent concerns.
  • Manage communication channels calls, emails, WhatsApp groups, and parent portals.
  • Draft and circulate newsletters, event invitations, and announcements.

3. Admissions & Retention Support

  • Support the admissions team by engaging prospective parents and conducting school tours.
  • Maintain high parent satisfaction to support student retention and referrals.
  • Collect and analyze parent feedback for continuous improvement.

4. Events & Engagement

  • Plan and organize parent engagement programs, orientation sessions, PTMs, and school events.
  • Encourage parent participation in school activities and community initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote positive parent stories and testimonials.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain parent communication logs, feedback records, and issue-tracking reports.
  • Provide periodic reports to the management on parent engagement trends and satisfaction levels.
