Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 3-8 years of experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Income Tax, Audit, and GST, with the ability to step into the role of Finance Controller. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, adhering to taxation laws, managing audits, and overseeing financial management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of Income Tax returns and GST filings.

· Conduct and supervise audits (internal and external), ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

· Review and analyse financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

· Provide insights and recommendations to improve the company's financial processes and performance.

· Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

· Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including tax laws, accounting standards, and corporate governance.

· Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency of financial operations.

· Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure the company's financial stability.

· Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

· Act as the primary point of contact for financial audits, taxation matters, and regulatory bodies.

· Take on the role of Finance Controller, managing the overall financial activities of the company.

Requirements:

· Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 3-8 years of post-qualification experience.

· Strong experience in Income Tax, GST, and Audit, along with a deep understanding of taxation laws and financial reporting.

· Solid understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations.

· Experience in handling audits (internal/external) and financial reporting for companies.

· Proven ability to manage and oversee financial operations and compliance.

· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different departments.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Additional certifications or experience in Financial Management or Corporate Finance.

· Experience in leading or managing a finance team.
