- Operations management: Oversee daily cleaning of guest rooms and public areas, develop and enforce standard operating procedures, and conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Guest satisfaction: Ensure guest rooms and common areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Handle guest complaints and respond to their requests promptly.
- Inventory and supply: Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment. Place orders as needed and ensure they are stocked appropriately.
- Budget and administration: Develop and manage the annual housekeeping budget, control expenses, and handle other administrative tasks.
- Safety and maintenance: Implement and enforce safety and sanitation protocols. Coordinate maintenance and repairs for guest rooms and facilities.
