About The Role
We are looking for dynamic, motivated, and result-oriented
Business Development Executives
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
  • Convert leads into successful business deals.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups and client relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Technical, HR) for smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales process & client handling.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Basic understanding of IT services / software products (preferred).
  • Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Good presentation and follow-up skills.

Eligibility

  • Graduation or equivalent degree (any stream).
  • Freshers with good communication can also apply.
  • Experience in IT Sales / SaaS Sales / International Sales preferred for senior roles.
