About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience while meeting the organization's hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and role specifications.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with panel members and follow up on feedback.
  • Maintain candidate records and update recruitment dashboards/ATS.
  • Assist in employer branding activities and campus recruitment drives.
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in recruitment (experience in [industry name] is a plus).
  • Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of various recruitment tools/portals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and ATS software is desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
