Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead sales efforts and expand our RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) services among US staffing agencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US staffing industry, client acquisition, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire US staffing agencies as clients for RPO services.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals with staffing firms in the US.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at staffing agencies.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets through strategic client acquisition.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in RPO, US staffing, or outsourcing services.
  • Strong understanding of the US recruitment and staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in handling international clients, particularly in the US.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work in US business hours is required.
