Job Description: Business Development Executive

Studio Orion - Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

Position Purpose

Drive business growth through extensive field activities by meeting architects and clients at their locations to build relationships and successfully bring them to the Studio Orion flagship store for business conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct regular field visits to meet architects and their design teams at their offices to build relationships and understand their ongoing and upcoming project requirements.
  2. Schedule and maintain periodic meetings with assigned architects to stay connected with their project pipeline and ensure Studio Orion remains top-of-mind for furnishing needs.
  3. Visit potential and existing clients at their offices or project sites to understand their requirements and arrange their visits to the flagship store for product demonstrations.
  4. Identify and prospect new architects and clients through field activities, networking events, and market research to expand Studio Orion's customer base.
  5. Coordinate and schedule architect and client visits to the flagship store ensuring optimal timing and preparation for successful business conversion.
  6. Prepare and deliver presentations during field visits to showcase Studio Orion's capabilities, product range, and previous successful projects to generate interest.
  7. Showcase products and solutions to architects, clients, and prospects during field visits using catalogues, samples, and digital presentations to maintain continuity of engagement and demonstrate value propositions.
  8. Follow up systematically with architects and clients after field meetings to maintain engagement and convert prospects into store visits and eventual business.
  9. Engage with the clients, prospects and architects visiting the flagship store to showcase the products and solutions, negotiate and close the deal.
  10. Maintain detailed records of all field interactions, architect meetings, and client visits to track relationship progress and business development opportunities.

  2. Conversion rate from field visits to store visits
  3. Number of new prospects identified and engaged
  4. Periodic meeting schedule adherence with assigned architects
  5. Pipeline value generated through field activities
