Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, quotas, and deadlines.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, providing after-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals professionally and effectively.
  • Collect and manage customer information for outreach and reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and internal teams to generate leads and optimize sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory for junior roles).
  • Proven experience or strong interest in sales, client service, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven attitude, with motivation to overcome challenges and objections.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel across the assigned territory or area as per job requirements.

Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Lead generation, customer relationship management, and problem-solving.
  • Effective presentation and time management skills.
  • Strong networking abilities and ability to collect client feedback for process improvement
