Field Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, quotas, and deadlines.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, providing after-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals professionally and effectively.
- Collect and manage customer information for outreach and reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and internal teams to generate leads and optimize sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory for junior roles).
- Proven experience or strong interest in sales, client service, or related fields.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven attitude, with motivation to overcome challenges and objections.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned territory or area as per job requirements.
Skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Lead generation, customer relationship management, and problem-solving.
- Effective presentation and time management skills.
- Strong networking abilities and ability to collect client feedback for process improvement
