Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Hyderabad. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and managing sales targets. Daily tasks will include client meetings, presentations, sales negotiations, and follow-ups. The role requires collaboration with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and proposal preparation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the travel or related industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills
- Ability to conduct market research and generate leads
- Familiarity with sales reporting and CRM tools
- Self-motivated and result-driven with a proactive approach
- Willingness to travel and meet clients on-site
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the travel management industry is a plus
