Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through strategic account management and new business acquisition.

Responsibilities:
• As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and supporting various accounting activities.
• Candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
• Generation of PI/Tax invoice.
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity for operational needs.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner.
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
• Process invoices and ensure timely collections from clients.
• Process financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and accurate payments to vendors
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analyze variances.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Lesioning with government bodies for financial requirement/submission of financial data.
• Effective communication and collaboration with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
