HVAC Lead
to join our dedicated team at our office located in
Vikhroli, Mumbai
.

Position Responsibilities

• Manpower Planning: Plan manpower requirements (Engineers & Technicians) based on the present workload and expected workload for the following year.
• Allocation of resources: Nomination of lead engineer on various jobs & also allocation of other resources such as engineer, draftsman, considering the volume of work and schedule of the project.
• Progress review: Periodical review of project progress with respect to the project schedule & allocation of additional resources on a need basis.
• Motivate department colleagues to complete timely project to the satisfaction of the client.
• To provide technical help to the colleagues in the department whenever required.
• Be familiar with all the running projects and make periodic visits to sites in order to get timely feedback from the client and take corrective action as and when required.
• Make and update engineering standards related to specifications for procurement for various HVAC items, design calculations, bill of materials, etc.
• To attend various technical seminars in order to update with the latest technology available in the market & to transfer the same to the department colleagues.
• Take care of software needs for the department.
• Assist in bringing new opportunities of business development opportunities for the organization.
• Guide team for energy-efficient and quality design.
• Conduct site visits to understand project issues and resolve them.
• Train junior engineers working under him.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 15+ year experience in HVAC design.
• Other certificate courses in energy auditing, green building etc.
