Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimation - HVAC / Datacenter professional, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates for HVAC and datacenter projects, evaluating project requirements, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and collaborating with project teams to ensure efficient execution. Daily tasks include reviewing project specifications, conducting site visits, preparing detailed estimations, and supporting the preparation of project proposals. The role requires close coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all deliverables align with quality and budgetary expectations.

Qualifications

  • Core technical expertise in HVAC systems and Plumbing, with the ability to assess design and implementation for various projects.
  • Strong Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills to address and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent Customer Service abilities to effectively communicate with clients and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in project management, cost estimation techniques, and the use of estimation tools and software.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in the HVAC, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), or datacenter sectors will be advantageous.
