- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Foster and maintain positive working relationships within all employee levels.
- Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation. Conduct exit interviews to provide insight into voluntary separation decisions.
- Administers and promote employee recognition programs.
- Ensure enforcement of all HR policies, processes and procedures at unit level in guidance from head office HR dept.
- To prepare attendance & leave balance record for payroll inputs for respective unit.
- To conduct employee engagement programs (e.g. Star of the month, Unit anniversary, etc.)
- To send daily employee tracker (DET) to HR department on a daily basis.
- Ensure seamless exit for left employees and coordinate Head office for their FNF settlements.
- To coordinate with the Head office HR dept. for all departmental requirements at the unit.
- To arrange travel, accommodation for visiting employees / guests / deligates.
- To display compliance related documents on notice board.
- To maintain Wages register, Attendance register and any other statutory registers as per local government body requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
