Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant with a strong background in implementing, customizing, and supporting Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Hyperion Planning, Essbase, FCCS, PCMCS, ARCS, or related Oracle EPM Cloud modules, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and support Oracle EPM solutions (on-premise or cloud) across Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Consolidation processes.
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design functional/technical specifications, and deliver scalable EPM solutions.
  • Develop calculation scripts, business rules, reports, dashboards, and data integrations.
  • Configure metadata, hierarchies, dimensions, and security within EPM applications.
  • Perform data load, validation, and reconciliation processes between EPM applications and source systems (ERP/BI).
  • Provide support for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close cycles.
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure system stability.
  • Document solutions, provide training, and support UAT with business users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, BI, ERP).

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM (Hyperion / EPM Cloud).

  • Strong knowledge of one or more modules:

  • Oracle EPM Cloud: Planning, FCCS, PCMCS, ARCS, EDMCS.

  • On-Premise: Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM, FDMEE.

  • Strong expertise in Smart View, FR reports, and data integration tools (EPM Automate, ODI, Data Management, FDMEE).

  • Proficiency in writing business rules, calculation scripts, and using MDX queries.
  • Experience with metadata management and application security.
  • Good understanding of accounting/finance processes (budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, reporting).
  • SQL knowledge for data analysis and integration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle EPM Cloud certification(s).
  • Experience in integrating EPM with ERP systems (Oracle ERP Cloud, EBS, SAP, etc.).
  • Exposure to automation tools and scripting (VBScript, Python, Shell scripting).
  • Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.
